An attractive waterfall of water falling from 80 feet near Jatashankar Dham. Chhatarpur | Located between hills and forests about 3 km inside Jatashankar Dham is a religious place named Mona Saiyya. It is difficult for vehicles to reach there but people park their vehicles two kilometers away and walk on the hills to reach here. There is a cave at this place with which people’s religious faith is associated. People come here to see this cave. Local people believe that water always flows in this cave. A very beautiful waterfall is seen at this place during the rainy season in which clear water of the waterfalls falls from about 80 feet above. This waterfall has become a center of attraction for people where the youth are enjoying a lot these days by bathing in the waterfall, taking selfies and having fun. This place comes under the forest department due to which this place is not able to develop. This is the reason that to reach here one has to travel through rocks and mountains. There is a problem of electricity and road here.
A place named Monasaiya, full of natural resources, located 23 km away from Bijawar headquarters, holds a special place in itself. To reach this place, one has to go up the 3 km long Gaurahi valley from Bijawar to Jatashankar, after which one reaches Monasaiya through a rough road.
After the rain in Monasaiya, the green trees and plants look even more beautiful. Tourists here truly experience natural beauty. Surrounded by mountains on all sides in a dense forest, people come from far and wide to see the beauty of Monasaiya.
Monasaiya is as beautiful to look at as this place is miraculous. Body: There is a natural cave under the rock here where Panchmukhi Shivling is seated, on which water drops from the mountains fall day and night throughout the year. It keeps falling and the Akhand Jyoti keeps burning inside the cave throughout the year, day and night. It is also believed that Sheshnag himself is present here, whose stories are popular in different ways in the area.
There is a Shani dev temple outside the special cave and there is a statue of Ravidas ji, which is worshipped and maintained by the saints living here for many years.
जटाशंकर धाम के नजदीक 80 फीट ऊपर से गिरते पानी का आकर्षक झरना।
छतरपुर | जटाशंकर धाम से करीब 3 किलोमीटर अंदर पहाड़ियों और जंगलों के बीच स्थित मोना सैय्या नाम का एक धार्मिक स्थान है। जहां पर वाहनों का पहुंचना मुश्किल है लेकिन लोग दो किलोमीटर दूर अपने वाहन खड़े कर पहाड़ियों पर चलकर यहां तक पहुंचते हैं। इस स्थान पर एक गुफा है जहां से लोगों की धार्मिक आस्था जुड़ी हुई है। इस गुफा को देखने के लिए लोग यहां पहुंचते हैं। स्थानीय लोगों का मानना है कि इस गुफा में हमेशा पानी निकलता रहता है। इस स्थल पर बारिश के महीने में बहुत ही सुंदर जल प्रपात देखने को मिलता है जिसमें करीब 80 फीट ऊपर से झरनों का साफ पानी गिरता है। यह जलप्रपात लोगों के लिए आकर्षण का केंद्र बना हुआ है जहां पर युवा इन दिनों झरने में नहाते हुए सेल्फी और मस्ती करते हुए जमकर लुफ़्त उठा रहे हैं। यह स्थान बन बिभाग के अंतर्गत आता है जिसके कारण इस स्थान का विकास नही हो पा रहा है यही कारण है कि यहां पहुंचने के लिए पत्थरो- पहाड़ो के का सफर तय करना होता है यहां बिजली-एवं सड़क की समस्या बनी हुई है
बिजावर मुख्यालय से 23 किलोमीटर दूर प्राकृतिक संसाधनो से भरा मोनासईया नाम का स्थान आपने आप मे ही विशेष स्थान रखता है इस स्थान तक पहुंचने के बिजावर से जटाशंकर से 3 किलोमीटर की गोल-मोल गौराही घाटी से ऊपर की ओर जाना होता है जिसके बाद कच्चे रास्ते से होकर मोनासईया पहुंच जाता है
मोनासईया में बारिश के बाद हरे-भरे पेड़-पौधे और सुंदर लगते है यहां सैलानियों को सही मायने में प्राकृतिक सौंदर्य की अनुभूति होती है घने जंगल मे चारो ओर पहाड़ो से घिरा मोनासईया खूबसूरती को देखने के लिए लोग दूर-दूर से आते है
मोनासईंया देखने मे जितना खूबसूरत है उतना ही यह स्थान चमत्कारिक भी हैBody: यहां चट्टान के नीचे प्राकृतिक रूप से गुफा मौजूद है जहां पंचमुखी शिवलिंग बिराजमान है जिनके ऊपर बर्ष भर दिन रात पहाड़ो से पानी की बूंदे गिरती रहती है साथ ही गुफा के अंदर बर्ष भर दिन-रात अखंड ज्योति जलती रहती है साथ ही माना जाता है कि यहाँ शेषनाग स्यवं मौजूद है जिसकी कहानिया क्षेत्र में अलग-अलग तरह से प्रचलित है
यहाँ बिशेष गुफा के बाहर शनिदेव मंदिर है और रविदास जी की प्रतिमा है जिसकी पुजा-पाठ एवं देखरेख यहां कई बर्षो से रह-रहे साधु संत करते है
